WHY I BUILT THIS
After years inside media and agency environments, most notably as a national Account Executive at iHeartMedia, I saw firsthand how brand leaders were being pushed to the edge.
Founders. Creative directors. Podcast network operators. Agency owners.
Brilliant people building meaningful brands, while under-resourced, overextended, and quietly exhausted. Especially those who valued family. The problem wasn’t ambition. It was infrastructure.
Too many teams were chasing growth without systems. Launching campaigns without operational clarity. Hiring creatives without alignment. Scaling without structure.
So I built Nya B. Marketing to change that.
