Nya B. is an entrepreneur, advertising strategist, and media operator, and the founder of Nya B. Marketing, LLC, a media and advertising company specializing in podcast advertising, paid media campaigns, brand partnerships, and audience growth.
With a background spanning podcasting, digital advertising, and content-driven marketing, Nya helps brands, creators, and media platforms turn attention into measurable revenue. Her work focuses on connecting brands to the right audiences through podcast sponsorships, paid social, OTT, and multi-channel advertising strategies, without burnout.
Nya began her career in media as a co-host and editor of The Kave Podcast on Hot 365 Radio, the station’s first talk show, where she helped book and interview notable artists and creatives while managing production and post-production. Since then, she has built and managed campaigns for brands, podcasters, and creators looking to monetize content, scale visibility, and secure paid partnerships.
She holds degrees from Florida A&M University and the University of Tampa, where she studied marketing, public relations, and political science. Her global studies experience includes work in South Africa, Lesotho, and Eswatini, where she supported creative expression through spoken word and performance-based storytelling.
